Week 2: Alone or Together

Reflection

A couple of weeks ago, I visited the Straat Graffiti Museum in NDSM, Amsterdam. Among the many different styles of graffiti, one piece stayed with me. It reminded me how often, as an individual, I want to move fast, even though that approach does not always work. Taking time to bring people together around a shared goal can feel slow and sometimes frustrating, but when alignment finally happens, the results can be far greater than anything achieved alone.
